We receive a data feed from their fulfilment database 6 times a year to support a marketing database that we designed and built. We hold regular briefing sessions with their marketing team and select customers from the database to maximise the response to the catalogue mailings. We also select customers for smaller tactical mailings based on brand history, foot size etc. We propose and report on tests within the mailings to optimise the promotional mix.[/box]
