The campaign went viral and took the email database from 10’s of thousands to millions. The promotions were used to support the whole chain and tactically to support individual outlets. They were exciting times. Whenever we went into a Pizza Express on a voucher day customers were waving vouchers printed from our website. In a time of difficult trading conditions Pizza Express saw a double digit increase in sales whilst competitors were in reverse. [/box]
